In 1739, he and his wife gave a receipt to Deacon Richard Ely, of Lyme, who had been her guardian.
He d. 10 July 1745.
Administration on his estate was granted to George Brown and Joseph Kellogg, 10 Sept. 1745. Jonathan Kellogg was appointed guardian of Martin, 7 Oct. 1746, and Israel Kellogg was appointed guardian of the other two, 5 May 1747.
She m. (2) 7 July 1746, Reynold Marvin.
