He is a farmer, a Baptist and a Republican; res. in West Fort Ann, N. Y.; served in Co. C, Ninety-third New York Volunteers in the civil war; enlisted in Sept. 1861; was discharged 27 June 1865.

Y., 26 Mar. 1891, her uncle, Horace David Tupper, b. 20 Sep. 1844 in Glens Falls, N. Y.; he was a boatman; res. in Colonie and Watervliet, N. Y.; he d. 22 Jan. 1901 in Crescent, N. Y., by decapitationand is supposedly buried in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands, N. Y.; she d. 17 Dec. 1919 in Glens Falls; had five children.
